At Rudra Crackers, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver high-quality fireworks and crackers in perfect condition. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

  • Once the order has been packed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

2. Returns

Due to the nature of fireworks and safety regulations, returns are not accepted once the products have been delivered.

However, returns may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong product delivered.

  • Damaged product received during transit.

  • Quantity received is less than the quantity ordered.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us verify the issue, kindly provide:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photos of the package and products

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement of the product (subject to stock availability), or

  • Refund for the affected item(s).

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after verification.

The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage.

  • Requests made after 24 hours from the time of delivery.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.

  • Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

  • Delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
